Large Reels to Flatracks

Over the last year we have seen the volume of Bridon reels leaving the UK, having loaded them since our inception. Whether the reels come in a cradle or not we have all of the correct materials onsite to load and secure them safely; blocking and bracing when needed.

The reels like all cargo vary in size and weight from 1-44 ton, the small of the reels we are able to containerise utilising as much of the container as possible. The larger we typically load them to flatracks, twisting and turning to get as many on as possible or getting them in gauge to reduce the shipping cost.

All reels are loaded with our 90 ton crane which is permanently situated at our facility within the Port of Felixstowe.
